Jon did a fantastic job finding me the perfect out-of-state investment property. He took care when advising me. In the search, I came across some properties that looked like they had potential, but Jon talked me out of it. Some of the properties had flaws and others could have been a can of worms. He was my voice of reason, and my eyes out in the field. After a couple months of intense searching, Jon found a home run. I purchased sight unseen, based on Jons approval. I met a lot of realtors in my home search. I knew once I found Meredith Jacks my search for a realtor was over. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor and a welcoming office environment where the other agents seem to be very happy. She has a passion for real estate and her clients. She doesnt cut any corners or sugar-coat anything and is honest with values and possible repairs, etc.. My experience buying my first house was pleasant and stress-free. She always answered my crazy questions, even before she was officially my agent. I would recommend her highly to anyone. You will have a great experience as well. I am so thankful I found her!
