Limited parking, price keeps going up more and more, and we get nothing in return for it. Greedy landlords.

I have lived in the complex a long time. The past few years have been increasingly disappointing. It is taking longer and longer for maintenance requests to be resolved, most units are outdated, you are responsible for paying all utilities including water/sewer and the number of children that roam the complex unsupervised, disrespectful, and touching your personal property is horrendous. For the $, you can find a better option!

Beware. $$$$ that's what matters here not people. Personnel here are either liars or just untrained giving false information to tenants..... Make sure you get some sort of security cameras there have been break ins in the area of the exeter village apartments..... try to avoid dealing with office management and maintenance looks are definitely deceiving good luck when your lease expires prepare yourself for 10%+ increase that is completely computer generated and management is not very understanding to a great tenant in good standings needs.. they are Robots and you are just $$$ signs. I feel for the elderly people that live here they are being forced out by price hikes as well. Overpriced out dated units oh some have upgrades lol. Sorry.but you deserve nothing but the worst here in reviews.............. thanks for the 3 yrs with lease headaches. You can have it.
