      • Why Why

        I had my mother drop off the van for a check engine light, no problems so far just a check engine. I get it back in a barely drivable condition, steam leaking out of the engine bay. And I get an invoice for $80 dollars. For what? To have one of your mechanics stab a screwdriver in my coolant line to make some extra cash? And they tell me their next appointment is next Monday, 7 days from now. So I brought my car in to get damaged by your techs, and you give me an $80 dollar invoice, and I DON'T HAVE A WORKING CAR FOR A WEEK. HOW SHOULD I GET TO WORK? This is the worst I've been screwed by any business period. You make my car unusable and I owe you $80 for it???

      Your mother dropped her car off. We drove her home. Evaluated the check engine light. The code was a cooling system performance code. The coolant was low. We filled it and found where the leak was. The repairs were declined. We delivered the car back to your mother full of coolant which was leaking, thus causing steam. We simply asked for the cost of the coolant that we put in your car and a few dollars for the time to check the codes and find the leak which we have yet to collect. I'm sorry for your car problems. As you can tell from the cars on our parking lot and our positive reviews we are far to busy to be causing leaks in anyone's car.
