Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I didn't even rent a car and I rate this place a zero stars , what a dump , I made a "reservation" and went in to pick up my rental , I guess 30 people also made a "reservation" and the place was chaos, understaffed I guess , no order to the place and the lobby was filthy , for the money you have to pay for these cars and a $300 deposit you would think they could be a little more professional, stay away from this place .

Currently renting from this location for the second time, Aiden has helped me both times and he is always extremely nice & explains everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the customer service!

If I can "- 0" I will. Kory and his colleagues at that office are so unprofessional and shady. I got involved in an accident of which the other guy was at fault. The guy's insurance "Erie," arranged a paid rental for me. I gave my credit card info as assurance to return the car in good condition. I also told them I will use my insurance "Geico" to cover the car. Kory called me after 24 days and he left me a message that I was suppose to use the car for only 10 days. He claimed he had called me on the 10th day to let me know about their agreement with Erie Insurance. I returned the car in good condition, and explained to nonchalant Kory that I did not receive a voice message nor a missed call. Even if I did, why he waited extra 15 days to follow up, and why the insurance agent (Kevin) didnt contact me? He could not answer the question, more so, there was nothing on the agreement in Enterprise paperwork that the car is for 10 days. I returned the car without still getting full settlement from the insurance. To cut the long narrative short, Kory charged my card $800 for extra days used and insurance for the car. Erie was supposed to pay for the extra days and I used my Geico insurance to cover the car, but Kory charged my credit card that I put down as ... When I report to my card (American Express) that I did not authorize it, dishonest Kory and his colleagues made up document that stated the car was damaged when I returned it. I have pictures and I am just waiting to get a good lawyer, then we can dig it!

Will try to charge you for damage already there. Make sure you have a lawyer when renting here, going through this issue with my son right now
