        I bought a birthday bouquet for my wives birthday. It contained 2 dozen multi- colored roses and has been 10 days.The yellow and white roses have not opened up. Needless to say she is very disappointed. I can not imagine why I would do business with them again!

We do have an 8-day "no quibble" rose freshness guarantee, where if any of our roses do not perform to your expectations, we will gladly replace them. Please feel free to contact your local store or provide contact information to us via e-mail at [email protected] so we can reach out to you to coordinate replacing those flowers for your wife.
