I bought my wife a ring for Valentines Day last year and this year a week before Valentines Day a diamond came out and was lost. We took it back and they immediately said we will take care of that and a week later we picked it up good as new no charge! While we were there we browsed the store and I found a heavy link Sterling silver bracelet by Scott Kay they gave us the whole story about Scott Kay and that his work is known around the world and that he died young in his fifties. This is just the piece I was looking for a hand engraved chunking link bracelet made be a true craftsman. My wife surprised me with it for our wedding anniversary! These folks are so much fun to talk to and learn things about jewelry that you would never hear about in a chain store.
