Very poor customer service. We spent 10 minutes in the show room browsing and no one assisted us even though only one other person was there. We were able to find the product we were looking for eventually but left to purchase it somewhere else.

Eh...Customer Service and repair headwork NOT impressive. Bought a fairly high level mower from Manor in the fall only to have it fail on it's fourth use in the spring ==> There was a Recall issued, but somehow Manor didn't bother to inform me. Kept hemming and hawing after projected repair time was up - "Parts are On Order." Now, given that it's a Recall, they'd know EXACTLY how many mowers are in line and EXACTLY what parts are req'd for the repair ==> which would mean Manor could have ordered those parts more than two weeks ago when it was brought in. It's almost like paying Manor a grand for the privilege of borrowing my neighbor's mower...many times, so far. On the plus side, they repaired my old mower's drive once and I got a few more years out of it before they declared it dead. Manor also blew out my gunked up snowblower carb (old gas). Just beware, they are not overly responsive or communicative, especially during busy periods.
