Excellent pediatric care every time with compassionate staff. Truly appreciate the convenience of being able to speak to a nurse right away to have even the smallest of questions answered.

We have an appointment and have been waiting for 40 minutes this is ridiculous were leaving in 5 minutes if we're not called!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got refused service, according to their 24 hour policy I was never mentioned about. We were never told about this specific policy for medchecks and only knew about the regular 2 hour policy. So now Im being refused service and wont have my antidepressants They refuse to listen and will straight up ignore what you tell them so thank you for making me go cold turkey! i really appreciate it

Both my children had been seen by this practice most of their childhood. We had been very happy with their care, providers (Dr Tam and Dr Weidner) and the office staff, until a few years ago. Both our kids' doctors left (one retired and one just left) and we were never notified by the practice. We found out when we called to schedule their yearly exams. Both kids were teenagers by then, so we switched to new pediatricians in the practice, but we were anxious to move them to an adult practice. Our experience with the office staff over the last year we were patients there was just awful. Mistakes in billing, lack of accountability and down right rudeness made us all glad to leave once and for all. Our kids love their adult doctors. Sad to write that I would not recommend this practice for your child.
