        This has been the third time i havent received mail in DAYS. i wouldnt be as mad but my husband is in the military so letters are how we communicate. im so tired of this happening repeatedly. bc then when i do get my mail theres mail all over my floor. UPDATE: I am now on the 5th time that I havent received mail in days

        Great customer service and polite employees. This post office is a major relief compared to the one a few minutes away from my house in Sinking Spring and Ill gladly drive out of my way every time just to experience good customer service.

        The woman I just spoke with was incredibly rude, and gave me incorrect information. Certified mail goes back 2 years according to your website. April of 2022 is not quite 2 years yet, so you should be able to look up that information. This is regarding a child's vital records. I'm sorry you don't want to work today.

        Incompetent employees who are incapable of doing their job. How difficult is it to deliver mail to the proper address? The address displayed in bold marker? It has been over a dozen times my mail was delivered to a neighbor. Government employees at their best.
