From setting up the appointment with Tina everything was thorough, David was great at pointing everything out and doing a complete job like climbing on the roof and searching every nook to be sure he didn't miss a step. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining and evaluating the home. He encouraged questions and ensured we understood. The report was extremely detailed and easy to understand. We were very pleased with our experience and definitely would only go back to David in the future.

David is fantastic! He's very thorough and doesn't rush the process. He takes the time explain things as he's looking, and answers any questions that you have in a way that you'll understand. The report he provides afterwards is very detailed. I can't recommend him enough!!

Communication was excellent. He came out on a Saturday and about an hour later I had the report already emailed to me. Very thorough & answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Got a home inspection post home purchase. David came and did the inspection. I really appreciate that he let me follow him around, where he gave me a lot of clarity on the issues with the house. He answered all my questions with a lot of detail and helped me understand not only what was the issue was but why it might be happening and how to remediate it. The full report was sent in an email with explanations that went into even more detail. Very happy with the serviced. Thank you David!
