        TRASHHHH, this is one of the WORST towing companies Ive ever dealt with. The people here are so disrespectful and theyre so ratchet. I cant believe even someone like me that is 20 years old and has my life together, people that are older than me can be so disrespectful and carry their self in such a low manner. I got into a car crash, and these people wouldnt even let me see the vehicle that I was the one that got into the crash with. DONT even waste your time ON THIS PLACE, I WISH I CAN GIVE NO STARS

        My brakes went out and I called Matos for a tow home. The people I spoke with in the office were great. I called and the call lasted for 4 minutes and it was an easy process. Told them the off ramp I was on and they said a truck was on its way. A few minutes later, the driver and truck were there. He had the car hooked up and loaded in no time. He was professional and prompt. Car got dropped off, price was reasonable. Hope I don't have to, but would absolutely use them again.
