I love the food here. I order often. But every single time I order online and wait for my time, I go in and wait 20-30 minutes because they just started the order. What's the point of online ordering?

I do not normally leave these types of reviews but I was really unhappy with my experience here today. I ordered $44 worth of food and all of the food was terrible. We ordered 2 empanadas (beef), a steak burrito and 2 Mexican corns. We have come here to eat dinner more than once and have never had food that was so awful. Both empanadas had ground beef and steak mixed together and the ground beef was hard and dry due to being overcooked. The outside was also just coated in grease and mushy (usually empanadas have a nice crisp). Then the corn was barely coated in sauce and had an overload of Tajin seasoning. The burrito also had a mix of steak and ground beef, I paid for steak which should have been the only meat not ground beef. We also received no chips and salsa with our meal, any other time we ordered that automatically came with. Next time I will stick with going to Castanedas.
