        Shawnee Baking Co. is a local gem! Deb is an excellent baker offering both GF and non-GF breads, rolls, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, biscotti, and more. She has an amazing creative flair and many of her baked goods are beautiful works of art.

        I have had many of Shawnee Baking Co. goods! They are very delicious! The fact that I am a diabetic and many of the baked goods are low-sugar and vegan as well makes for good healthy eats! Thank you!! I also made sugar-free mug Muffins from the mixes they sell. Delicious! Give them a try!
