I paid Ray in full to install my above ground pool. I sent him pictures on how he put the railings on backwards and he agreed that he made a mistake. He said it would take 30 minutes to an hour to fix per his emails and he never fixed it. I saw him in public and asked about him fixing the issue and he said he would stop over and complete the work I paid him to do, that was about 6 months ago... I highly recommend you hire someone else. This has been going on for over a year.

NEW INGROUND VINYL LINER INSTALLATION 2021 I called Ray to quote a Vinyl Liner for an inground pool last fall. After getting lots of quotes and hearing a big price gap and delivery + quality of liner song and dance from about 10 or so other companies. I finally had Ray come over to measure the pool and check things out. I purchased the liner and asked for him to come early spring of 2021. He has a simple 2 step process. a) comes over to measure and quote. b) he will give you a favorable schedule and install. My liner was 15 years old and pretty much dry rotted. I asked for a written quote and a swatch book of colors and liner to choose from. 1) He came over right away, very laid back and measured handed over the swatch books and said to call him back when we decided on a pattern. 2) His honesty was maintained prior and during the job up to completion. 3) The liner acceded my expectations. Also his workers were very kind and respectable. 4) I kept asking questions once they took the liner out such as: Can you put some rustolium on the rusted areas.. They said its all part of the job and gladly fixed things that I addressed. A few cracks all new gaskets, foam padding + more, They never asked for 1 cent extra. They did everything with a smile. 5) The liner was measured perfectly and level. I highly recommend anyone to use them. They are less expensive and on time and trusting. The most dreadful thing in being a home owner is finding good people to hire. This guy is outstanding. He deserves 10 stars. Good Job Ray!
