I have been doing business with Kristen and Kapital Mortgage for several years. Excellent communication and customer service. Kristen is a joy to work with and makes the whole process very easy. First off, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company did not have competitive rates when I was looking for a mortgage--- or for a building loan --- better off going with PenFed or a local credit union to get the MOST competitive rates. If you are a first time buyer or have bad credit, maybe you should consider using this company as they can probably provide some value. However, if you have any sense of finance or business experience, you should probably look elsewhere as with a little research you can most likely do better. In addition to this, despite NOT using this company for my mortgage due to the rates not being competitive, I keep getting spammed --- nearly every week --- in my email to write a review. So this is my review. Do your homework and try to compare rates and apples to apples before using Kapital Mortgage!
