Common Sense Cleaning has done an exceptional job keeping our home in pristine condition! Ashley and Elisa were diligent in treating their cleaning of our home, as if they were cleaning their own - and then some! After reaching out to a few recommended cleaning services (including this one!), this team answered, scheduled, and delivered immediately. Overall, I would not use Common Sense again. They are quick to respond and were easy to schedule but the overall cleaning for the money was not there. Full write up below. We called for a last minute cleaning and they were able to squeeze us in (which we were appreciative of). When they showed up, we did not discuss the work to be done (that’s on both of us). They were in and out in less than 2 hours. I was on a work call when they finished so we weren’t able to confirm the work. When I did do a walk around, I noticed they hadn’t dusted the shutters or the top of the range. There was also a decent amount of residue from the swiffer. I texted about the concerns and was informed that dusting shutters and the range are not included (which is why reviewing exactly what you want them to do is key). As far as the residue, she said it should be minimal (it wasnt). On the plus side, they did do a good job on the shower door, the bathrooms, and the carpeted rooms. She sent the invoice that day and I did not see it until the following day. She followed up the next day with the following text messages which I found rude but I’ll let you make up your own decision. Mind you, she never told me it was due that day (verbally or in text).
