        My experience at this dealership taught me many things. I purchased in the summer time, right out of the show room, I laugh to this day that when signing the paper work I mentioned how hot it got in the building and I was blamed for buying the car and letting all the A/C out!! I am also owed all weather mats from the sale of the vehicle but here we are 8+months later not one text, email, or call to even blame it on the supply chain, as everyone does today. Loved the vehicle but no where near fond of any experience.

        Bought a GMC Terrain from another dealer and did not like it. Went to Bob (which this is not the first time I dealt with him and his dealerships) asked him to get me out of the car I didnt like. I thought I would like GMC, not so much. Bob was great as always. Got me out of my Terrain and into my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The transaction was seamless. I learned dont deal with any other dealer but R&R and Rinaldi. Thanks Bob.
