        worst company I have ever dealt with in county, they inexperienced kids out to your home with a telephone. stands around for 8 hours till a real tech comes who fixes the issue in 30 mins. Then I get a full day rate bill for inexperienced boy who jsut sat there. They only do enough to get out of your house asap. Service: Water heater installation

        WE OWN RENTAL PROPERTY IN MYERSDALE PA. AND USED MENCER'S MULTIPLE TIMES, EVERY SPRING WE HAVE THEM SERVICE FURNACE AND A/C UNIT. SET UP SPRING SERVICE 3 WEEKS AGO AND NO ONE SHOWED UP TO PERFORM SERVICE AND NO PHONE CALL WAS MADE TO US THAT THEY WERE NOT SHOWING UP. WE HAVE RENTERS IN THE HOUSE AND HAVE TO COORDINATE TIMES AND DAYS SO HOUSE IS ACCESSIBLE. CONTACTACTED MENCER'S TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON AND WAS TOLD BY JOAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONES THAT THEY WERE JUST TOO BUSY................................WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANYT TO ANYONE DUE TO BEING VERY UNRELIABLE AFTER SETTING MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS AND " NO SHOWS " ON THERE PART.         Menser Inc is professional and always on time. Every time I call them, they make a quick appointment to send a technician to help you with any problems. They also gave me a free estimate on a new furnace. Three different estimates from them. We ordered the new furnace with Menser Inc. It came in within one week of ordering it. On March 16, 2022, they came to install a new furnace, installed a new thermostat, and did a lovely job. ''They gave me heat again''. AWESOME JOB AGAIN. Services: HVAC duct & vent repair, Heating system installation, Install thermostat, Thermostat installation

      I apologize that you are having an issue with someone. I do not believe it is my company however. The last record we have of doing business with you was over five years ago. I do not show working on a water heater or an invoice for 8 hours and a second technician. Either way, we are under new ownership since 2019. Our technicians are well trained and have many years of experience. We also have two of the only Master Plumbers in Somerset County.

      I apologize for the inconvenience. We have been terribly busy and have had emergencies pop up. We try and get to everyone as quickly as we can. Situations occur when customers have sewage in the home, no water, etc and we have to make the tough decisions where to go first.
