        I have contacted Hemminger Homes on 3 different occasions and I must say, my experience was less than poor. The sales agent, Brenda, was happy to speak with me during my initial call, take my information, wants and needs, but never called back. I emailed Brenda as a follow up with again, no response. I contacted Hemminger Homes for a third time and was advised by Brenda that shed passed my business onto an another company (without notifying me) and suggested that they shouldve been in touch. After pointing out that no one had contacted me period, Brenda promised that shed get to the bottom of it and provide a resolution. I still have yet to hear back! Not only was my business clearly unwanted, but the lack of professionalism is uncanny. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know looking for a home.

        My Parents have been buying homes and dealing with Hemmingers for as long as I can remember. I LOVE how knowledgeable the service guys are. Its unreal. They were at my home 2day and I was expecting complete chaos and the guy had my hot water tank fixed and was ready to leave in about 25 minutes... I was told I needed a brand new tank and all new parts to connect cause my house is older. ALL LIES. Just because my hook ups are copper means nothing. They are coming back to fix my bathroom and sink next. I won't go with anyone else from now on. I see why my parents were so loyal all these years... and people leaving bad reviews are probably ridiculous people anyway. Thank you Hemminger Homes. I appreciate you!!

        Horrific workmanship. I am a quality control inspector in a fabrication shop and was a home inspector, the things I found wrong in my mother's NEW home were numerous and unacceptable. The latest find is that the gutters are not pitched even the slightest. Unbelievable.

      After your initial contact last week with Brenda she contacted some factories to look for a builder that would be able to service your location. She gave you the name of a potential builder over the phone that you were already aware of. Her email four days ago to you explained that your site is over 110 miles away from us and that we try to stay in a 50 mile radius. There was a Google Map attached as well that shows the distance and approximate travel time. Brenda has forwarded that email to you again in the event that you did not receive the original one. She has not received any other builder referrals as of this time. Hopefully you will find a builder in your area. If she gets any more names from the factories she will forward that information to you.

      Nobody contacted us about any gutter issue. We saw this post and had the professional gutter installer go reinspect this installation. They assured us that the gutters are properly installed. They took photos of the leaves that filled the gutters. Once they cleaned out the leaves the gutters drained. All homeowners need to check their gutters for blockages and do other routine maintenance as well to prevent damage to their home.
