        System crashed over Thanksgiving and my pending withdrawals doubled (somehow). Called in to my local branch to get it figured out and the guy on the phone kept insisting it was my fault. Couldn't tell me why miscellaneous charges and deposites were happening on my account. Told me at the end of the day I have control over my spending. I check my balance before and after I do anything. Waited for the new cycle to hit and I didn't end up owing -400 like the guy told me. Now that's fine and normally I wouldn't even review but for 20 minutes this guy kept telling me how I was wrong and acted like I was a child. Won't be banking with PNC after that.
