Lori Ann was amazing to work with. She responded very quickly to all of our questions and helped us with getting connected with great providers in the area for getting inspections and work done. She not only scheduled for things to be done like viewings but also works with a network of people to expand the opportunity for showing times. This was excellent for us as we have a large family and it can be difficult to coordinate. She made it effortless for us to see the homes we wanted and coached us through the proper questions to ask. I would 100% recommend her to all of my friends and family and will work with her again if we need another home in the future.

Personally, I would advice against going with Lori and Andrea. We mainly worked with Andrea, and she was very unprofessional and down-right rude. My fianc and I were looking for houses with her, and while we were in the houses, any questions I had were ignored and unanswered. She only cared about answering my fianc since only his name was going on the paperwork and thats who she would get her commission from. She sounded very disappointed and rude any time I would answer her phone calls instead of my fianc. She basically told me I was not who she needed to speak to since only he was signing the paperwork. Like, hello, I will be paying for that house just as much as he is, regardless of whose name is on that paper. I confronted her, and she twisted it around on me and blamed me. Very unhappy with her service.

Lori and Andrea were both very professional and very responsive. As first time homebuyers, we were confused and overwhelmed by the process of buying a house. They made it super easy to work through and were very patient with the questions we had along the way. I am beyond grateful for the work they've put in to help us and cannot rate them highly enough. I would highly recommend them to any homebuyers.

From day one, Lori was an amazing person to work with! My husband and I have purchased four homes previous to our most recent home purchase with Lori, and trust me when I say, we had some pretty bad realtor experiences. After finding properties online we wanted to view, I was connected with a realtor who did not give us the time of day, so we moved on and luckily found Lori's information! She immediately spent time explaining how she could help, actively listened to our needs for our family, and ensured that we knew what to expect every step of the way. The negotiation process between us and the seller was smooth, painless, and professional. Lori facilitated all of the steps we needed to take, never left us in the dark guessing, and worked quickly to resolve any miscommunication that was brought up from the lending company we worked with. She did not allow anyone to drop the ball, and made sure we were able to close as soon as possible. Not surprising she is a Veteran, as she displayed professionalism, patience, and empathy during our home purchase process. This is something that is so difficult to find nowadays. We will continue to recommend Lori, and when we are ready to purchase again, without a doubt, Lori will be the realtor we decide to work with. Thank you Lori, for everything.
