2 years later: NOT RECOMMEND, No communication between maintenance, landlords and tenants, multiple slips in wintery iced sideways. Never got 1 month rent security deposit back. Asking for more money than security deposit 4 months after leaving the place. TOTAL RIP OFF 1 year later: Lawn maintenance isn't getting done often. House maintenance takes very long to come if ever after multiple requests. So far so good. Prices are comparable to other places around even cheaper. One of few places in the area has garage.

Rent is ok. *******BEWARE OF OTHER CHARGES*****Elect bill $300. Water $130(some times $170). Sewage $90. Before sign the lease ownr said all bills comes under $120. We contacted owner, but we heard other story. Also you have to pay country school district Tax. It is impossible to contact owner for maintenance request.There was old maintenance guy very very +++ rude. dont even care even it is emergency. Gas stove was dead and he fixed 1 week later. water heat also dead and he fixed 1 week later in winter time. Snakes comes into house. can not free to open doors. They don't allow Guests. Guests have to stay in hotel. Property Manager warn us to keep them in hotel though they are my parents. you dont get full deposit back though you cleaned well.

Honeybees comes in to house in summer time. Snakes too. No respect from maintence guy. They replaced new guy . new guy is ok. High utilities bills around $500.
