        Moved in not even 2 yrs ago, at $1295 rent, rent is now $1500 for a 700 sq/ft apartment. Dont do it, it isnt worth the money. Also you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. It makes it feel like you dont have any privacy. Can easily find a more affordable option thats just as nice if not nicer.

        My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 months. We lived here in 2021 as well, but only for 5 months because of a job opportunity out of state. Both times our experience has been great. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. Ive never had an issue getting ahold of someone. Compared to other apartments we have lived in, this place is my favorite by far! It is really nice to have property managers that genuinely care about the residents and community. Nicole and Josh are great and were super helpful when we were arranging our move back to the state. Maintenance is also great, very friendly and quick to fix things. The silver line t is right down the hill so it is very convenient if you are commuting downtown. It is the last stop so its a bit of a long trip but still beats driving. The apartments themselves are quite nice. They are very modern and we never hear our neighbors (we are on the top floor so I cant speak for those with upstairs neighbors).
