I had a galaxy watch 4 classic. I tried to have it fixed or replaced by asurion... well, Asurion wasn't the best but my visit to Verizon made everything turn around. I came in and Trevor was working. He is very honest and explains things very clearly. I ended up paying off my old watch, then buying a newer one. I got my new watch and the protection i needed back on my watch and through this process my bill actually came down almost $10 a month.This is my 3rd visit in 2 months. I've came in twice to pay my bill because the automated system and the reps on the phone wouldn't process my payment due to me having a certain debit card. I came in the store in person and everything was handled promptly. If you've ever had an issue with any Verizon rep, then save yourself the hassle and come to this exact location and I promise you will walk away happy.
