        We made an appointment for my husband's Ranger for service to check the AC on the drivers side. I had to cancel the appointment due to some health issues. Brendan was so incredibly kind when I called and mentioned I should really check into our warranty. Turns out it was still under warranty when we thought it was not. Franks could have not even mentioned and charged us for repair. We are so grateful!! All the employees of Frank's are so kind and helpful. Would recommend them highly!! All the service we have had completed there has been thorough and no issues.

        I needed a nail removed from my tire and they were able to do it on short notice the same day. They also checked fluids and brake lights at no charge. Customer service was great and their staff were pleasant and enjoyable. Will def be a returning customer.
