Mark and his entire team were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. From our initial consultation, I knew I made the right choice. Mark promised me he could close in two weeks if I wanted to, and that pushed my offer to the top of the pile and got me the home I wanted. Mark and his team told me very clearly what they needed from me in order to get my loan approved and proceed with our two week settlement timeline. They could not have made the process any easier for me, and answered all of my questions very quickly. His approach to making things easy for his client makes the whole process less stressful. After e-signing some documents ahead of time, settlement only took about ten minutes. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team!
