Nice place- just dont trust anything the leasing office tells you!! Last semester when I had just moved in, I was having some friends over to watch the Bachelor. I went to the leasing office to ask about the parking rules for guests. The guy helping me did mention he was training, but he told me to have my friends park in the visitor parking and wed be fine. My friends came, parked where he told me, and after the 1 hour show, they had all received tickets and the tow truck was there hooking up one of their cars. Obviously very confused, I went back to the leasing office the next day asking what we did wrong. This leasing office staff member told me that I shouldve received guest parking passes that are required even if youre parked in visitor. I was frustrated that the person the day before hadnt given me that same information, but again, he was training, so I brushed it off and got the guest passes for the future. Yesterday, I got home and someone was parked in my assigned space. I live right next to the leasing office so its not out of the ordinary that someone parked in my space to run into the leasing office quickly. Usually, I would just park in visitor for a few minutes and move my car when they leave, but yesterday it was pouring rain and I really didnt want to park so far away. So, I went into the leasing office and asked if anyone in there was parked in my space. They all said no, so I asked the staff what I should do. One staff member told me if the car was still in my space the next day, theyd have it towed, but for now, I should park in the office parking. She asked what kind of car I drove and which parking space is supposed to be mine, and I saw her write it all down. Then, she gave me a parking pass. I put the pass up in my car and parked where she told me to. At the time that I went to sleep, the car parked in my space hadnt moved. This morning at 8am, I woke up to a less than friendly call from the leasing office threatening to have my car towed if I didnt move it before the morning staff came in at I believe 9am. She also said she had no idea why I wouldve parked in the office parking instead of my own space. I had missed the initial call, so I immediately called back 2x with no answer. I eventually left a message explaining the situation and letting them know there shouldve been a note left also explaining why I had parked there. Its extremely frustrating to follow the direct instruction from the leasing office and still end up almost getting towed twice.

Ever since new management took over this place has been amazing. Maintenance is always on top of things quickly. Never had a bad interaction with the office. The apartments are old but maintenance does well keeping up with things as needed.
