RISE at State College

The Rise State College is an amazing apartment complex. It is the perfect price for college students to afford, especially considering it is a modern building with an abundant amount of amenities. The property, aesthetic and facilities are beautiful. However, the most beautiful of all happens to be sitting right at the front desk. Upon walking in, I was greeted by an employee who made a great first impression on me. First impressions go a very long way and employees are a representation of the company as a whole, specifically the ones working the front desk as they are the day-to-day in-person contact point between The Rise and the tenants. This specific employee was extremely friendly and shared a lot of useful information that I wouldn't have been aware of, not to mention she was extremely pretty. I could go on about this employee for hours. I asked her to tell me a little about herself which is when I found out that her name is Emily E, the community assistant. While the apartment stood out on its own, Emily is a large reason as to why I decided to sign a lease with The Rise State College. I only hope that she is not graduating this year because I am looking forward to greeting her every time I enter my new humble abode this coming fall.

The front desk staff here is truly amazing! I especially had a positive encounter with Emily E. She was so sweet, enthusiastic, and helped with a situation I had with a package seamlessly :)

The Rise is one of the most beautiful buildings I have seen at state college and Emily E has been most attentive Employee and loved talking to her.
