        We lived in toftrees for three years,that was on 1980 and we still remember these days the location was great,the community was amazing and the Adminstration were very helpful and cooperative.

        Fantastic community! Leandra in the office is a pleasure to work with. The amenities are clean and well kept. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to requests.

        - Increased rent by $80 - Raised prices of washers and dryers (also got rid of one set, leaving just 2 washers and 2 dryers now for the whole building) - Only receive one parking pass for a two bedroom apartment - Must pay $20/month for a trash service to take garbage out to the dumpster for you. The dumpster is 20 ft from the door. - Must pay monthly admin fee, but office regularly closes for various reasons (closed 5 times out of 23 weekdays this May)
