Bank had corporate accounts close my business account with out telling me. And now there is 18k somewhere and nobody will talk to me. This is all over a comment I made about the old branch managers extra curricular activities

Atm was broken and ate my money and they then proceeded to lecture us on using the atm over wasting their time on the counter to get cash out. All around horrible experience took around 35 mins for a simple money transaction
