        I came in for a tour with Garrett and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and really made my friends and I feel welcomed. All of the staff I interacted with were equally helpful as well, especially Rylan!

        Probably the best place to live in State College! Youre never too far from your favorite campus, the best takeout, or the downtown life. Location always great, but management cant be beat. Every time we put in a work order, maintenance was on top of it instantly. The office team is always so kind and helpful, no matter what I come down needing help with. While The Met may be a downtown apartment, the coziness makes you feel right at home.
