My husband and I were very interested in purchasing an investment/vacation property in the Pocono Mountains, but found the process to be incredibly frustrating and discouraging ... until we met Cindy. Many of the townships and communities do not permit STR, which we were unaware of. Cindy was able to guide us through the available properties and schedule showings for homes that she knew would fit our needs. Her extensive knowledge of the area made it simple for us to navigate through available listings and narrow down options, which ultimately led to us purchasing the home of our dreams. Many realtors would do anything to make a quick commission, but Cindy was very honest and diligent in pointing out red flags, steering us away from homes that would be problematic in the long run (even if that meant losing the sale). Both her and her partner, Rob, were fantastic to work with and we are so excited to have them over once we finish our renovation!

The rental unit at 84 Cross Country Lane is spectacular! I highly recommend staying at this roomy and sparkling clean paradise on the mountain. The kids enjoyed the foosball and other games, and the proximity is perfect for enjoying all things Camelback.

Carr Realty encouraged us to rent a condo near Camelback for Presidents Day weekend for our family vacation. Unbeknownst to us they never had the proper renting permit to list the condo in the first place and they cancelled our reservation! Not only did they cancel our reservation, they never notified us of the cancellation! We just called to confirm a check in time and they said sorry its cancelled! This is one week before we are due to arrive in the busiest weekend of the year for camelback resorts. After a terrible year working in the front lines of Covid19, this vacation that we desperately needed is now ruined. Their response for this major mess up was look on Air BnB. Of course there is nothing available one week before Presidents Day weekend for a party of 5 adults and 4 children. Now we have to tell our kids we cant go skiing and try to get refunds for the lift tickets, ski lessons and snow tubing that we already purchased because we have no place to stay!!

Cindy is the best! Knows all the ins and outs of her business. Knows the area like the back of her hand. Great communication, pleasant to deal with, and works for you until the deal is done.
