Dollar Tree

Female manager with medium length straight brown hair is incredibly rude. Dismissive of multiple customers while I was there and was also personally rude to me AND my fianc. Terrible customer service. All we wanted was a ballon and she rudely dismissed us by saying no balloons and walking without another word. Not even us asking if we wanted something else. She also shoved(not politely) past other customers with an open plate of food in hand without saying excuse me or acknowledging them in anyway and sat down on some baskets. Take your business to literally any other close dollar store.

They had me wait 10 minutes in line while they Talked and clearly seen me then when I put my money down at the register to let them know, Im still waiting they said since Im not gonna wait for them to get done talking that theyre not gonna give me my change back real great customer service

I had a very unpleasant experience today. The manager Gretchen of this store is very rude and treated me horribly all because my card declined. I asked her kindly if she would attend to the other customers in the line while I turned my card on and she very angrily said no that she couldnt. I was genuinely confused. I asked if I wasnt able to purchase these items how would she able to attend the other customers? She then proceeded to cancel the order pressing against the keyboard very upset. She started talking out loud saying that today is not her day in which I simply replied that it wasnt my fault that she had a bad day. She replied back sarcastically it isnt my problem either. Im surprised that Dollar Tree has someone who lacks the qualities of customer service, and on top of that makes them a manager. When I got back in line she was talking to other customers and saying that she isnt that mean. Why have a job in customer service if you dont enjoy working and attending customers. The lack of professionalism, people-first, and patience is overwhelming.

Some stuff are 1.25 but you can't go wrong to buy snacks for work or school, they've a lot of party decor stuff which is a life saver when the budget runs kinda skewed, they've zip locks bags and some kitchen tools, which solve the problem in a pinch...
