Steak and Hoagie Factory

This place sucks now. They dont know how to chop the steak up at all. Theres huge chunks of meat. It doesnt taste good at all. The people are also miserable. Miss the old stoagies.

It is such a shame because the food quality at this place is absolutely amazing, and when they get it right that's awesome but it's few and far between they never get the order correct. So when I called to tell him that the order was incorrect I was screamed at and cursed out and told not to come back. I've attempted numerous times to try this place before being yelled at, in hopes that they would get it right because I love their food but to no avail. It's been a long time and I decided that I would try them again through Uber. I got my simple turkey club ordered, no special kind of way and it was still wrong even after all this time. Doesn't matter if it's Uber or a phone call... The order is incorrect 7/10. So even after all this time it's been nothing but issues and problems with getting my order correct and then being treated like that on the phone. food is great this location sucks, go to Abington. I guess I'm the dumb one for going back so many times.

IF I COULD RATE SERVICE WITH NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Called it in and showed up 30 minutes later and there was no sandwich for me. I pay, and the lady (who I presume is the owner) goes to talk to the kids cooking and I hear them say they put my sandwich in with the order that was picked up before mine, not a big deal mistakes happen. THE WOMEN THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THEY COULD NOT MAKE MY SANDWICH BECAUSE THE ROLLS WERE JUST BAKED AND TOO FRESH TO CUT! A bold faced lie told directly to the customers face who supports their business. Whats even better is the guy who had my sandwich called the shop to tell them they had mistakenly put an extra sandwich with theirs. I hear the women say oh yeah we mistakenly put someone elses sandwich in with yours. The food is average but the service is HORRIBLE. If this place is willing to lie about something so trivial as giving your order to someone else by mistake I can never support them. I left there feeling extremely disrespected. Highly suggest the Abington steak and hoagie. Better food and MUCH better people.
