Debbie was great! She was very thorough but also easy to follow as some of what we went over was fairly technical in nature. Her willingness and patience in explaining things I wasn't completely confident in was very reassuring. With all that has happened the last few years, life has been exceptionally challenging. We are all learning to navigate some pretty rough waters, and under very new circumstances. Many of things we knew were not working anymore. So, when you find something that make a difference, you make every effort to invest in it. After much preparation, I launched my business in the beginning of 2020, weeks before lock-down. Days of inertia turned into two years. Needless to say, I was losing hope. I had no idea how to continue on during these insecure and oppressive times. Finally, in 2022, when most of the restrictions loosened, I decided to try step back out. After several attempts to find the right business support, I started working with Debbie Magyar. I informed her of my doubts, and frustrations, and presented to her exactly where I was at in that moment. Even though I had made positive changes to redefine my business over the long break, and had confidence in my offerings, I was afraid that I was wasting my time; especially with all the new social changes in my area of desired field. Debbie was a true professional. She remained kind, and yet firm in supplying me with wise feedback and information. Simply put, she remained solid, no matter my wavering. This was exactly what I needed. It was important for someone to hear me, and help me to see myself from the outside, and with a larger lens regarding the context of the business world I was entering. After just a few meetings, I was able to regain my passion, and positive mindset. I was now open to learning some new skills necessary to take the next steps forward. The more I stepped onward, the more clarity, faith and conviction I gained. Because Debbie was able to see my strengths, and point out some very important next steps and small goals, I began trusting the process. That shift helped lead me closer to the kinds of attitudes, actions, and opportunities I had lost sight of. Debbie comes to this work with first hand knowledge, time-tested expertise, and a global perspective. Even with that, I find that one of her best qualities is her ability to recognize, and to have a dialogue around the more personal struggles we all have as entrepreneurs. I am learning how understanding the emotional, and philosophical foundations underneath the public face of my brand, informs and reinforces my ultimate mission and increases personal satisfaction. Debbie is a quiet, reassuring business EXPERT. I wasn't sure what to expect from our consultation, and was frankly awed by how much information and advice she provided in 90 minutes. Her group has assembled seemingly simple, intuitive tools that combine all the various "analytics" data from a range of apps and present it in a straightforward, digestible way. I feel like I have a much better sense of what data to follow now. I was especially impressed by the short, non-intimidating list of actions I could take immediately to start establishing a positive online reputation and business identity. Debbie really cuts through all the confusing information and boils it down to a manageable to do list that I actually understand! She makes starting and marketing a small business sensible and doable-- such a relief!
