Their copy machine didn't work so they made us pay more for them to copy the paperwork. We should not have to have paid more because their machine does not work properly.

I came here to fax some documents. The employee who assisted me was very cordial and helpful. I will probably come back again someday.

I come into Staples all the time in order to purchase, and do copies, etc. The two employees that help me all the time are Xander and Jasmine. These two individuals are always willing to go that extra mile to help me out, and they always seem to have time to help me out with explaining the warranties that are for certain purchases. They have always been very polite and curious, unlike others who seem like they do not have the time to help..!!!.. It would be great to see other employees show the initiative like these two do.

They gained a customer for life the other day. My fianc and I needed some custom prints made for our upcoming wedding and the employees were knowledgeable and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond with their recommendations and printing execution. This was after we stopped several other similar places and received zero assistance. I recommend them for all your printing needs as they are capable and have the capacity to do.
