        Ordered a Teleflora Desert arrangement, paid $80, received a weird carnations and baby's breath in a coffee cup arrangement straight outta 1985..no response from owner.. Would NEVER use this florist. Robbery

        Dont bother ordering from here they will call you the day flowers suppose to be delivered and say we dont deliver there. Then want you to go on the site and cancel the order so they cant be bothered. Akikos floral is the place to go they never let me down thought I would give this place a shot what a waste of time and now I have to tell them theres nothing coming for them on Valentines Day.

      Dear Ken,You might want to get your facts straight before you write a review.You placed this order through Teleflora not directly to us. The delivery address is out of our delivery area and Teleflora should have not sent the order to us in the first place.And ,by the way, the Lady you sent the flowers to unexpectedly came to our shop to pick up the order and we dropped everything we were working on ,although we had an overwhelming number of orders to fill at that time,and we made her arrangement right then so she would not have to wait any longer than necessary.I would like to mention that we called you before 10 A.M.that morning to inform you that we could not deliver your order.This gave you plenty of time to call another shop.Our policy is customer service but there is a limit as to what is humanly possible to do and some people just do not appreciate it.If this is your attitude you may call whomever you wish to call next time.
