You have done everything right,from rates,customer service and working with your clients.keep up the good work.I always try to get people to call but they never do,I'll keep trying. The ladies in this office are really rude to speak too. Do your self a favor and go with another group if youre going with Erie insurance. They also claim to document every conversation when you call in, Thats a bold lie.

Ben Baker and his group really make you feel like a valued customer. Ive been going through some changes with moving, changing an occupancy of an existing house from owner occupied to a rental, and adding a vehicle to my account. Ben has been very responsive and thorough in all of his explanations of costs and coverage through all of that. Ben does not try to sugar coat things and I love how real he is. 5+ rating IMO.

Saved me $25,000 by having the Erie Select policy added to my account years ago. When my sewage lines failed the Baker group step in and my Erie Select Policy covered it all. Wonderful group. I have been with them for years and very happy I did. They will make sure you are covered.
