        This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with I am elderly and not savvy with all the electronic communications media so I tried to call and have spent hours on the phone and have NEVER been able to get my agent or the office they work.

        The service is only as good as the company will allow them. Saying that, I've been a LMI customer for 8 years now. I would not recommend LMI to my dog. I hate LMI because they don't investigate your claims. I've made many claims. The most recent, was a flat tire. I had to wait 100 minutes for the tow, so I changed the flat myself. They still put it down on my record as a claim. I canceled the tow, and they still paid the tow company even tho I didn't get a tow. This company sucks twinkle holes!
