If I could give Travelers Insurance zero stars, I would. An absolutely horrible company to deal with. Unorganized and unprofessional. I've used (and continue to have) several different insurance companies for my business, commercial property, and personal policies. This company is the bottom of the barrel. I will never, under any circumstances, do business with Travelers Insurance again, and I will advise my friends, family, and clients to do the same.
