    I wanted to switch to a new plan that was fairly new and the guy kept telling me that it didnt exist and that I wasnt understanding how the plans worked. I had to find a literal news article on my phone and open the T mobile website to show him that it did exist until he finally relented and admitted he was wrong. This guy wanted me to pay so much more money for something that I didnt want; he was going to make us cancel our plans and get a whole new phone plan which was not what I wanted. We ended up getting the plan I wanted and then he started promoting this 5G WiFi box thing and said I should get it because its a 2 week free trial and if I dont want it I could return it to the store. The WiFi box did not work well at all when I set it up but when I went to return it to the store before the 2 weeks were over they told me I had to ship it back to T mobile and they that I cant just return it to the store. I still have the WiFi box in my house because I talked to customer support for them to send me a shipping label to ship it back but they never did. Worst experience ever with this store.

    Huge shout out for best customer service ever to Julie, who works at the T-Mobile store on Perry Highway in Wexford. I went in with my elderly mother to figure out some things with her T-Mobile service and billing, and Julie was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us as we tried to navigate some issues. She was really outstanding and went above and beyond to help us. She provided immediate answers to our questions and explained things very clearly. We were very impressed. Thanks again, Julie!

    My husband and I opened a new account and got new phones. We have had nothing but problems. My phone number wasnt transferred correctly, we were incorrectly told we had a free 3rd line (we were actually being charged for it) and still having issues as a result of all this. Weve had to call customer support numerous times and even came back to the store where another employee had to fix the first persons mess ups (they didnt even end up fixing them, though he gave it an honest shot). Ultimately, the poor knowledge here has increased our bill and added hours of time being on the phone with support.

    Manager is a fraud at this store. They will up sell you plans and phone upgrades with false statements. You will be shocked to the core once the bill is generated a month after. In my case the figure they promised and the actual bill was almost double. When I tried to bring this up to the manager who is a new guy now, he says he has nothing to do with it, and that the previous manager has defrauded me. Customer service wants me to call from the store, the store manager refuses to do that. I'm struggling to straight this since last one month with no results. Just do NOT go to this store.
