While some places will put "sport medicine" on anything this place is the real thing. You can tell the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend this office to active individuals looking to get back to or maintain a highly active lifestyle. I worked with Katie and she was great!

Everyone at AHN's Sports Performance and Physical Therapy Complex is incredibly gifted. They worked as a cohesive team to heal my injuries and to become physically and mentally stronger. They always encouraged me to do my very best. I highly recommend the awesome team for physical therapy and strength training.

The Allegheny Health Network Sports Performance & Physical Therapy complex is an amazing facility with personable and talented staff! I came to see Dr. Garin after the progression of chronic ankle issues began to impact my daily activity and quality of life. Wanting to avoid surgery if I could, I decided to give physical therapy one last shot, and Im so glad that I did! I began to notice improvements through my program immediately. After completing my physical therapy program, I transitioned into the strength training programs. I cant say enough about the physical therapy and strength training staff. Everyone is so personable, encouraging, and attentive. Their programs are set at such a personal level, and they provide thorough one-on-one attention to help you achieve your goals!

I can't speak highly enough of AHN Sports Performance's Dr. Garin. I went to see him because my knee and my shoulder were sore while I was biking, and he identified the (to my untrained eye, seemingly unrelated) root cause being muscle weakness in my core. I've been doing virtual sessions with him for the past couple months, and it has been life changing. My knee and shoulder feel better, I'm able to cycle and row without pain, and and I can feel that I'm using the right muscles for things I didn't even know were making me sore before. I was a little wary of virtual PT, but given the pandemic decided to give it a shot. Dr. Garin has made this incredibly effective - we meet once a week by video, I give him the rundown of what's better and what's not working, and he tweaks my technique or gives me new exercises to do. I've been able to see him weekly this way, and honestly I don't know that I ever could've made the time to be in the office that frequently. Two thumbs way up!
