We recently bought our first house with the help of Dawn Landis and her team. It took over a year to find a home that was local to our places of work and within our budget, but the team was more than patient and willing to make sure we found the perfect home. At no point were we pressured to look at or purchase a house that we were not comfortable with. As first time buyers, Dawn helped educate us on the major and minor items to consider when viewing houses. And she listened intently when we described what we liked and disliked about a house. After finding a home that we were interested in, Dawn made sure that we understood the paperwork and purchasing process. We were provided with reasonable expectations and timely communication at every step. We still have communication with Dawn over a month after the purchase, as she is genuinely interested in making sure we are happy.
