I rented an apartment from Penn Real estate, and it was a very good professional experience. The landlord was very attentive to anything I needed, and maintenance was only a phone call away. Would definitely recommend.

In mid March we were told we had to move. We found one of Rita's properties on Craigslist and took a look. It was too small. Rita agreed and told us that she had a bigger property coming available soon. She hadn't even put it on the market yet. She shared pictures and we scheduled a showing when the current tenet was supposed to be out. Things happened with the current tenet and they did not vaccate the property when they had agreed to. Rita was very kind. Ensuring us she would work on this issue quickly. Things got messy and the current tenet was not going to be out by the time we would need to move. Rita offered to have us stay at another one of her properties while we waited for things to pan out. We kept looking and eventually found another place not through Rita. We are really sad that we won't be renting from her as she is the kindnest person we came across through this process. Moving was less stressful because we knew in one way or another we'd have a place to live because Rita would make sure of it. I highly recommend her!
