        Avoid this bank or at least this branch. The tellers are super slow. Doesnt matter whether you go through the drive-thru or go inside. You will have a long wait. Another issue, I ordered a new box of checks long ago and have still not received them.

        Good experience. All banks have ups and downs like business hours or online troubles. But at Truist everyone at all 5 branches I've visited were very nice and professional always

        I had some issues with my account Aron who the manager work from 9 am to 330 pm called me every step and got my money released

        DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST.... Had someone do a stop Payment on goods after they received them.. Not only did TRUIST not report to me about the money being taken out of my account, I reported it to there fraud department and they did nothing!
