I recently came to know Mrs. Shipman in a professional capacity. I find her to be knowledgeable in the law. She works hard in and out of the courtroom. Above all she is respected by the judges she appears in front of. That is very valuable in family law. It is much easier to get things done when judges, court staff, and the various family law related agencies respect a lawyer. Family Law is a very hard practice area full of emotions. I have seen she does the best for her clients regardless of outside opinions. Her clients are in good hands.

If there was a star for zero I would have gave her that!! Very unprofessional and completely bias about our case. I’m pretty sure she was working with the other lawyer as well. She never did anything we asked or questioned anything that she knew was a lie and never stood up for us. We paid her over 8,000 and we couldn’t ever get her to reply to our phone calls or emails. Everything was last minute when preparing for a court date. We feel like we lost everything and we feel that it was because of her. Then after the case was over she turned into a jerk towards us. So then we knew she didn’t have our interest in mind and it was to late for us. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

Was very helpful and sympathetic towards my family, while we were going through some rough legal issue's. Able to reach 24/7 they we're prompt considerate and very reasonable fees as well. Didn't charge for EVERY single call we made or stamp we had used.
