It was a nightmare to say. Lack of Communication, downright liars, I have everything documented to prove that I am right which they didnt like and then lied about that, they have me higher caregivers and then they put them on other jobs and lying to me plus leave me without any care. Miscommunication is just a small problem with this company Trista is very lost and overwhelmed with her job that she cannot handle it and her boss is just unprofessional and the biggest way and will not fix anything. Most negative and nightmare that Ive ever had to go through and then they came to my house and made fun of me trying to upset me and degrade me thats abuse so what agency abuses their clients A+ does & I Highly recommend nobody use this company unless they want abused. Will add photos & videos
