We have been with Nationwide and worked with Sharon at Kutney Insurance for over 20 years. We have our home, farm and auto insurance with them. Anything we ever need all I have to do is call and it is done. Never once have I had any problems with any changes through out the years. Any questions we have are answered immediately and professionally. I mostly deal with Sharon and she is like part of the family we have been with her so long. If there are changes she reaches out and lets us know what is changing and regularly reviews our account prior to renewal and if there is anything we can make better for a lower price she helps us with that as well. Keep up the great work and it our pleasure to be able to work with you!!

customer service sucks. tried to get a quote for homeowners insurance after death of homeowner two years ago since they were going to cancel it. nobody called back. went and got other insurance now they want a cancelation paper from me and the new company. but if i just let it run out they dont need no paperwork. this is no law or anything else just their policy. it should not be this hard to do it. glad i got out from under nationwide insurance . i dont want to give any stars but it looks like i have to give one that sucks too.
