I've rented from Kimble Realty for the past two years and will be renting from them again for next year. I've gone through Ekko for everything from showings to lease papers and issues with the house and she's always been a great help and very up front with information. They are very fair with returning security deposits from year to year and would recommend them to any respectable individual looking for housing. I've heard a lot of horror stories about other Realtors but so far from my experience with Ekko and Kimble Realty in general has been good.

We were showed multiple houses and the one we went with the one that had the dishwasher in it when we were given the tour. When we showed up for the beginning of fall semester there was no dishwasher but cabinets that made it very apparent that there used to be a dishwasher in the house. Then we were told that if we ever exceeded the water and electric bill that Ekko would text us and let us know that we were over and can try and cut back, we lived there for two years and was never notified. We got our safety deposits back and half or more of it was gone because apparently we went over the allowed electric and water bill. Do not believe anything she says. We were charged for cleaning the laundry room although nowhere on the move out sheet did it say we had to. However we did remove all of our items and the random junk that was in there when we moved in. We also cleaned the living room and and kitchen but was still charged $240 for cleaning. On top of that I admittedly did leave two marks on the bedroom wall which removed paint. It was about the combined size of a dollar bill. I was charged $50 to have that fixed. This realty company is very corrupt and will try and take as much money as they can squeeze out of you
