Well run shop. They told me what I would need in the future so that I could plan out the cost. Very nice and friendly. Highly recommended, by someone I trust implicitly, that this shop is another I can highly trust.

By appointment only ... If you catch a flat tire today DO NOT COME HERE. SHE SAID IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS BEFORE SHE COULD FIT ME INTO THE SCHEDULE. TERRIBLE

Our family has taken our vehicles here for years and have always been satisfied. However, in the past three years, I have taken two vehicles in for inspection only to be told that there are thousands of dollars of repairs needed and that it's not worth putting the work into the vehicle. The first car was older so a lot of repairs weren't completely surprising. But now that this is happening with the car I bought to replace the first car, I'm a bit suspicious and taking it elsewhere. I took a car in that I expected a few hundred dollars work necessary and picked it up with the understanding that the car is now worthless. No motor or transmission issues, 10 years old, only 118000 miles, but this car somehow needs so much work that it's time to junk it. I'm not saying Tiremasters is corrupt or dishonest, but every time I take a car here for inspection, they tell me I need a new car. I think it's time to try a new mechanic. UPDATE: After letting the car sit for 6 months because I could not afford 3k in repairs or another car at the time, I took the car to another shop. NONE of the issues that Tiremasters told me my car had exist. Tiremasters said my car needed struts all the way around, it did not. Tiremasters said I need a new gas tank, that wasn't needed. I don't know what the issue is with this shop, but I will NEVER bring a car here again to be told that it's unfixable and needs junked when it's a perfectly good car. 2nd update: 3 yrs and 3 inspections later, car still going strong, has only required a few inexpensive repairs, typical for the age of the car. So glad I didnt junk my car like Tire Masters advised! I wonder how many more miles I would have gotten out of the first car they told me to junk (which I ended up practically giving away for $300!) especially considering I still see it rolling around town with its new owner.
